Our story
Hi, I'm Charleigh. I started baking sourdough when I was about 13 I couldn't get it right and tried and tried so then I decided to try rice flour one more time to make a starter it worked and the starter begin to grow and after a while I started giving him rye flour now he is a strong developed starter. He is two years old. His name is George and over the years has taught me patience so I hope it brings you the same comfort that it brings me. May God Bless you
